The stains present is an indicator that water seepage is present coming through the basement wall.
Basement Wall Cracking
With the presents of water seepage on the floor, it is safe to assume that the soil below the wall may be loose. This has caused shifting in the total wall and presents a structural challenge in the near future.
Sump Pump and Sanidry Sedona
To create a controlled environment free of water seepage and excess humidity, a sump pump and dehumidifier was installed to protect the area.
Perimeter Waterguard Installed
A perimeter drainage system was installed to catch any ground water seepage entering through the wall and direct it towards the sump pump.
