The concrete slab was sinking due to water runoff from a nearby hill, causing uneven surfaces and potential safety hazards.Our team used PolyLevel to lift and level the concrete, restoring it to a stable and even condition while addressing the water runoff issue.

The PolyLevel system lifted and leveled the customer's sinking bedroom floor by injecting a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the slab. This foam expands, fills voids, and stabilizes the soil, raising the floor to its proper level. The process is minimally invasive, quick-drying, and provides long-lasting support.

Before: The concrete garage floor was sinking, causing an uneven surface that posed a safety hazard and compromised the structural integrity of the building.
