Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Lowcountry Foundation Repair sent an inspector to the home and recommended installing a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation. The system would reduce the humidity and remove the moisture. With the system in place Bill and Cherie noticed their problems were gone in two weeks! They were thrilled!

Common among homes in Savannah, GA, this home was also experiencing an issue where the subfloor insulation would fall down. This is a common sign of a moisture issue in the crawl space, so our team installed an encapsulation in order to seal out moisture and control the humidity level of the air.

We installed our SmartJack support system to address the sagging floor issue caused by inadequate supports underneath. This involved assessing the problem areas, preparing the site, placing the SmartJacks at strategic points, and adjusting them to lift and stabilize the floor. A final inspection ensured the supports were properly installed and the floor was level and stable.

Before encapsulating the floor with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, drainage matting was installed throughout the floor to prevent moisture build up. The dimples on the matting creates an easy drainage path for water to drain to the sump system for easy removal.
