Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Like most of our customers, this customer was experiencing moisture and dampness in their crawl space and once again, our Cleanspace encapsulation system saved the day!

A homeowner in Savannah, GA was referred to us through a friend because they had such a great experience with Lowcountry Foundation and wanted to see our services themselves! To prevent further humidity issues, the insulation was removed with a Cleanspace Encapsulation system, Sedona dehumidifier and a sump pump was installed.

A homeowner in Savannah, GA called in with concern about soft spots in floors and possible subfloor replacement. A Smartjack system was installed to fix the floors as well as a Sedona dehumidifier with cleanspace to regulate the humidity. 

In a recent installation for a customer, we first laid down the CleanSpace Drainage matting system across the entire crawl space floor. This involved carefully positioning the matting to ensure proper water flow and drainage. Once the matting was in place, we installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over it, ensuring a tight and secure fit against the walls and floor. This dual-layer system effectively prevents moisture intrusion and promotes a healthier, more durable crawl space.

The owner of this home called us at Lowcountry Foundation Repair regarding a possible water issue in the crawl space. They mentioned the wood of the home was rotting from the moisture exposure and may need replacement. Luckily for them, we had the perfect solution! With the installation of our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, the water entering the space through the air and ground is taken care of.
