In Rowesville, SC, a homeowner contacted us due to excess moisture and a persistent musty odor seeping into their home. In the "before" photo, the crawl space shows clear signs of moisture buildup, leading to unpleasant smells and potential structural issues. For the "after" transformation, we installed our CleanSpace system, SaniDry Sedona, and CleanSpace Drainage Matting. These state-of-the-art solutions efficiently encapsulate and dehumidify the crawl space, effectively blocking out moisture and odors. This home in Saint Marys, GA had an area of the floor that was unlevel in the home. The crawlspace was subjected to high moisture levels, weakening the wood foundation over time, and increasing the need for more support in areas between the existing piers. We were able to help this homeowner by first installing SmartJacks to support one area of concern. Although the homeowner didn't have the resources at the time to have a full encapsulation installed, we were still able to provide a customized partial solution to the homeowner including drainage matting, our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and a waterproofing system to pump excess water away from the space. The homeowner plans to make the investment in getting a full encapsulation in the future, complete with the CleanSpace vapor barrier.
