Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

Robert B. of Metter, GA had a damp crawl space. The plastic sheet on the ground was not keeping moisture away. The humidity in the crawl space was being absorbed by the wooden joists, beams and subfloor. There was a lot evidence of mold under the home.

Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System to remove moisture and reduce the humidity. A SaniDry dehumidifier reduced the humidity of the air stopping the mold from growing. The wooden joists, beams and subfloor also released moisture. Robert was thrilled with the results.

Our CleanSpace Liner was installed throughout this customers crawl space to prevent moisture from passing through. The CleanSpace System will keep this crawl space moisture and mold free. 

Cary B. of Blackshear, GA wanted to sell his home. However, during the inspection process, it was discovered that Cary had a moisture problem under his home. Rather than selling with the house a problem and lose money on the deal. Cary decided to have the problem fixed by Lowcountry Basement Systems.

Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a SmartSump pump and covered the earth with Drainage matting. The project took three days to complete and Cary was happy with the results!

This home in Register, GA had an issue with moisture in their crawlspace deteriorating the wood foundation of the home, causing the floor to start to become unlevel. They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to have one of our inspectors come out to assess and form a customized solution. The inspector recommended an encapsulation of the crawlspace to protect from moisture and SmartJack crawlspace support posts to resupport the unlevel floor. The homeowner decided to have the encapsulation done and get the support posts at a later date in the future. They were very satisfied with the results of the encapsulation.
