Annual maintenance and inspections of our systems are imperative to the smooth operation of all equipment. As you can see in the before picture, the discharge hose had started to collect some scum and buildup within the hose itself. We replaced the hose and got all systems working to their maximum potential once again. 

A valued customer reached out with concerns that their system wasn’t running as efficiently as it should. Our team jumped into action, connecting them with our service coordinator to get a technician out as soon as possible. Upon inspection, our expert discovered that the perimeter drainage system had come undone, preventing proper water flow. With a quick reconfiguration, the system was restored to full functionality—bringing peace of mind back to our customer!

Our team recently serviced a customer's SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, which we had installed previously. During the visit, we performed a thorough inspection to ensure it was operating at peak efficiency. This included checking the filters, cleaning the unit, and verifying airflow. We also tested the humidity levels in the space to confirm the system was maintaining the desired environment. The customer was pleased with the results, and we reminded them of the importance of regular maintenance to extend the life of the equipment and keep their space comfortable and dry.

It is crucial to the function of our systems to have it inspected every year to insure that all things are properly functioning. As see in the before and after pictures, we were able to prevent a pump of failure by cleaning the interior of the reservoir of all debris and build up. 

In order to keep their system operating at peak performance, these homeowners scheduled their annual maintenance to have our skilled technician come out. While inspecting the system, the technician found a clogged discharge line on the dehumidifier that needed attention. After changing the hose and clearing out the path, the system was operating as it should.
