Harry and Juanita S. owned an older home in Meldrim, GA. It was built in 1897, and Harry and Juanita had lived there for 47 years. One day they noticed the floors beneath their feet didn’t feel like they used to. The floors seemed soft, bouncy and a sag was developing.

They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and scheduled a free inspection of their foundation. Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a SmartJack System to stabilize the foundation, and secure the the subfloor. The project took one day to complete. Harry and Juanita were very happy to have the problem fixed right, the first time!

The SmartJack System was installed in two days, Harry and Juanita felt much better about their home after the project was complete.
