This home was having issues with the level of the floor. Light-duty crawl space jacks were currently supporting the floor, but those jacks were not designed to resist high moisture, leading to rusting, making the jacks useless after a period of time. The owner decided to call us at Lowcountry and we sent our team to install SmartJacks to provide effective, reliable floor support that won't rust over time and can be adjusted later.

This home had a concrete slab and exterior brick wall cracking. Our team at Lowcountry Foundation Repair came and installed a helical pier system to lift and level the foundation concrete slab.

To eliminate water from draining into the customers home, we installed our EZ-Flow Waterproofing System on the exterior of them home in addition to an exterior discharge pipe that removes the collected water away from the foundation to ensure it always remain dry.

This foundation was sinking that led to cracks in this customers drywall. To prevent the foundation from further sinking and settling, we installed our Foundation Pier System. 

The crawl space was damp, musty, and cluttered with debris. Insulation was sagging, and there were signs of mold and mildew growth on the walls and floor. The area was poorly ventilated, contributing to the overall unpleasant and unhealthy environment. The crawl space is now clean, dry, and well-ventilated. The CleanSpace Vapor Barrier has been installed, providing a bright, white, and durable covering that seals the floor and walls. Insulation is properly secured, and there are no signs of mold or mildew. The encapsulation has transformed the area into a clean, usable space that promotes a healthier home environment.
