This home was experiencing multiple issues with the floor. The customer noticed there were issues with the subfloor in the bathroom and the floors were unlevel. One of our system design specialists came out to the home and did a thorough inspection. They were surprised to discover that there was serious termite damage to the wood in a third of the home's floor space and the floor was sloping downward to one side. Our production team was able to solve both issues by replacing the damaged wood and installing a SmartJack support system to support and help relevel the sloped floor.
