This customer had an issue with their deck piers sinking into the ground, making the deck uneven. Our team installed our SmartJack System to lift, level, and permanently stabilize the deck back to its original position. 

To direct rainwater away from the foundation, we installed our TrenchDrain System along this customers driveway. 

This Macon, GA homeowner noticed the corner of her house was beginning to slope, and became concerned about her home’s foundation. She called  Lowcountry Foundation Repair to schedule an appointment with one of our inspectors.

Our inspector Brian suggested that she should have three of our SmartJacks installed in her crawl space where the house was dropping. Our SmartJacks are used as a column support that lifts sagging floor joists. After two installation days, the project was complete and the homeowner was very happy with the outcome! 

This home in Macon, GA had cracked beams in the crawlspace. The beams could no longer support the home which resulted in the foundation settling. Our team came out and installed SmartJacks to lift and support the foundation back into place.

The PolyLevel system lifted and leveled the customer's sinking bedroom floor by injecting a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the slab. This foam expands, fills voids, and stabilizes the soil, raising the floor to its proper level. The process is minimally invasive, quick-drying, and provides long-lasting support.
