Our team installed the WaterGuard Perimeter Waterproofing System and CleanSpace® Wall Vapor Barrier to collect and drain the water, then that water drains into a sump pump, in which the water is pumped out and away from the home, leaving the basement dry all the time, even during heavy rain!

The Half Wall CleanSpace system is applied to the lower half of the block walls, creating a barrier that prevents moisture from entering while also directing any wall leaks into the WaterGuard system. An exterior discharge line is a pipe that directs water from a sump pump or other drainage system away from the home to prevent water accumulation and potential flooding. Attaching a LawnScape Outlet at the end of the discharge line serves as a protective and aesthetic outlet for the water. Its purpose is to safely disperse water into the yard while preventing debris from clogging the line and maintaining a neat appearance.
