This Estill, SC Sawmilling Company contacted Lowcountry Foundation Repair when the owner noticed standing water in the crawl space of the office and sagging floors. He was concerned about the foundation, so he scheduled an appointment with an inspector to receive a free estimate for encapsulation.
Lowcountry Foundation Repair's inspector thoroughly inspected the building's crawl space and suggested that the owner encapsulate it with CleanSpace, a seven-layer reinforced polyethylene that isolates the home from the earth and reduces humidity levels.
After a few days of installing the CleanSpace moisture barrier, the Sawmilling office's crawl space was clean and moisture free. The owners were thrilled with the results!
Our team completely encapsulated this crawl space with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System to prevent moisture from seeping through the walls and floor and into the crawl space.
This homeowner's newly added Florida room started showing signs of mold and mildew from the crawl space beneath the house.
Complete CleanSpace Encapsulation completed after providing an inspection for this home. Our inspections are free to homeowners. Give us a call.
