This home in Savannah, GA had a sunroom that had some cracks growing larger in a few areas above the door and windows. One of our inspectors came out to perform a free inspection and found that the porch was settling. To stop any further settlement and stabilize the foundation, our team installed Helical piers and attempted a lift on the settled areas to bring them close to their original position.
