This is a before-and-after example to show what moisture can do when you have a vented crawl space. An Allentown, GA homeowner contacted our office concerned about their sagging floor problem above their crawl space. This customer had a vented crawl space, which allowed moisture to intrude and created the perfect environment for problems to develop. The dirt crawl space floor further contributed to the issue, leading to warped joists and structural instability, resulting in sagging floors.
