This Ehrhardt, SC homeowner became concerned about the longevity of his home's foundation when he noticed his floors sagging. He called Lowcountry Foundation Repair to schedule a free appointment with one of our inspectors.
Our inspector suggested that he have his foundation lifted back to place with our SmartJack system, a galvanized steel column support that lifts sagging floor joists. The homeowner's floor beams became too weak to stabilize the foundation, so we also replaced the beams with our heavy-duty steel PowerBrace beam.
After two days of installation, the project was complete and the homeowner was more than pleased with the results!
