Hawkinsville, GA Floor Feels Better When Walking On It

Dennis H. of Hawkinsville, GA noticed a problem with the floor in his house. Every time he would walk in one particular area, the floor would squeak. Dennis also noticed a crack in the drywall in one of his bathrooms.

Dennis called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for help. We  sent an inspector to Dennis’ home. The subfloor was sinking, allowing the bathroom wall to sink, causing the drywall to tear and crack apart. The inspector recommended installing a SmartJack System to provide the proper support to the subfloor, fixing the issues. Dennis decided to have the work done. It took Lowcountry Foundation Repair one day to complete the work and Dennis was thrilled!
