Harry and Juanita S. in Meldrim, GA owned a home was built in 1897. Over time, the support columns under the home began to sink, causing problems above the subfloor. Harry and Juanita wanted to protect their house and fix the foundation problem.
Lowcountry Foundation Repair installed a SmartJack System to provide the needed support to the joists and subfloor. SmartJacks are galvanized steel support columns capable of supporting loads over 60,000 pounds. The SmartJack System was installed in two days, Harry and Juanita felt much better about their home after the project was complete.
