Before & After
This home in Cadwell, GA had floors with low spots or spots that would creak when walked over, and there were cracks in the interior drywall. The homeowner had noticed the symptoms become worse over the years and wanted to finally fix the issue. They called Lowcountry Foundation Repair for a free inspection and custom quote. The floor was insufficiently being supported by wood posts that could easily settle over time, leading to the problems they were experiencing. The homeowner decided to move forward with getting our SmartJack system and the results were great!
