Real Estate Agent Recognizes Need to Repair Foundation

Challenge

Lowcountry Foundation Repair was called to the home of Clint Land of Brooklet, GA to inspect a sinking foundation. Clint had been advised by his realtor to fix his foundation issue, or it would cost him when sold his 5,521 sq. ft., five-bedroom, two-story brick house.

Solution

At the advice of Lowcountry Foundation Repair inspector, Brian Townsel, six HP288 slab piles were installed along the foundation wall at the front door to a depth of 13’ 2”. The piles were capped with brackets. All material used by Lowcountry Foundation Repair was galvanized. Clint also received a 25-year warranty on the service, and it is transferable to the next homeowner. The job was completed without a problem.
