Lowcountry Basement Systems was able to help Jeremy by installing a Push Pier System to stabilize the foundation wall, and a SmartJack System in the crawl space to support the subfloor.
The job took two days to complete. First, nine push piers were installed around the sinking foundation wall. On the second day, four SmartJacks (crawl space support columns) were installed to stabilize the subfloor.
