Home Foundation Repair Photo Album: Unsupported Crawl Space in Macon, GA
Stinson and Ethel H. of Macon, GA had a crawl space problem. There weren't enough piers in the crawl space supporting the living room. Lowcountry Basement Systems recommended and installed a SmartJack System under the living room subfloor to provide the needed support to the home's foundation. The project took two days for the team to complete.
SmartJacks are steel custom-cut to length crawl space support columns capable of supporting 60,000 pounds of pressure. They are adjustable and homeowners notice the effects right away. If your floor is sinking or sagging, call Lowcountry Basement Systems. We can fix it.
