Keith S. of Bonaire, GA had a problem in his bathroom. The floor was sinking, he called Lowcountry Basement Systems to help with the foundation problem. After measuring with a laser level, Lowcountry verified that the floor had sunk 1 inch and it needed additional support to prevent the problem from getting worse.
Lowcountry Basement Systems installed a SmartJack System with a PowerBrace Beam to support the sagging joists under the bathroom. SmartJacks are custom-cut to height and can be adjusted to not only stabilize the foundation but in most cases, they can lift the floor. The job took two days to complete and the bathroom floor was fixed.
