Home Foundation Repair Photo Album: Cracking Brick Walls
This home had exterior cracking on its brick walls that hinted there was a foundation settlement issue. Our team at Lowcountry Foundation Repair confirmed that the home needed a helical pier installation to lift and support the home. Using an excavator, the piers are drilled into the ground next to the foundation and then attached to the foundation with a hydraulic lift system. This supports and lifts the settlement area back into a more level position.
