Driving Piers Into Soil
We installed our helical pier system to stabilize the foundation by driving steel shafts with helical plates deep into the ground. These piers are pushed down until they reach solid, stable soil layers, which can support the weight of the home. This process bypasses the weaker surface soil and provides a strong, long-lasting solution to prevent further settling.

Sagging Foundation
Cracks and gaps form due to settlement when the foundation sinks unevenly into the ground. This happens because weak or unstable soil beneath the foundation can no longer support its weight, causing parts of the structure to shift or sink.

Pier Installed
After the pier is installed, it stabilizes the foundation by transferring the weight to stable soil layers, halting further settlement and providing long-term support.

Backfilling Pier Site
The team backfills the pier system to restore the area around the piers, covering them with soil to protect the installation and ensure the site is level and stable for future use.
