When a foundation settles, it often does so unevenly. This puts stress on the mortar joints between your home's exterior bricks, which can fail and result in what is known as stair-step cracking. To permanently repair and stabilize the structure, we installed foundation Push Piers.
This home in Gray, GA was having foundation issues in multiple areas. One of the ways we addressed those issues is by installing push piers to support settling sections of the foundation. The homeowner was glad to finally have their foundation level and supported.
